The oven is in AISI 430 stainless steel and equipped with two chromed containers guides
Gas heated standard oven with stainless steel micro perforated burners
and self-stabilizing flame positioned beneath the base plate.
Oven chamber capacity 2/1 GN shelves which are removable and have three height settings.
40 mm thick oven door equipped with ergonomic strong handle.
Static oven chamber can be controlled thermostatically between 100-300 °C
